3 gluten-free brownie recipes: traditional, lemon and banana

Is someone in your family celiac? We bring you three gluten-free brownie recipes so you can also enjoy dessert.

Most of the desserts contain ingredients that are not suitable for celiacs . That is the case of the brownie , a rich sweet that you do not have to deprive yourself of if you have gluten intolerance . Just make a few minor variations and you have a gluten-free brownie. Before starting with the 3 recipes that I will share in this post, I am going to give you a trick to achieve the ideal consistency. Instead of using just one type of flour, it’s better to mix two different ones in equal parts . It can be flour of:

– Gluten-free oats with buckwheat flour
– Almonds with brown rice flour
– Gluten-free oats with brown rice flour
– Almonds with buckwheat flour

  • 225 grams of gluten-free fondant chocolate
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 85 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 grams of gluten-free cocoa powder
  • 30 grams of gluten-free rice flour (it is also very good with coconut flour)
  • 140 grams of chopped walnuts

Preparation methods

  • We put the oven to preheat to 180ºC.
  • In a bowl, add the butter and chocolate. We melt in the microwave for three minutes.
  • Meanwhile, we are beating the eggs with the sugar. When it has been integrated, add the melted chocolate. We mix well.
  • Add the rice flour and cocoa.
  • Add the chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • We remove from the oven and let it temper to unmold.

Preparation time: 50 minutes

  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 bananas
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate for desserts (better if it is without sugar)
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of cassava flour or similar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation methods

  • We put the oven to preheat to 180 ºC.
  • Peel and chop the bananas. We crush them with the blender.
  • Add the dark chocolate and honey. We go back to shredding.
  • Add the egg and continue beating, incorporating the flour little by little.
  • Heat in a saucepan over medium heat and add the yeast, mixing to remove the lumps.
  • When all the chocolate has melted, pour the batter into a baking pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ºC.
  • Remove and let cool before unmolding.

Preparation time: 40 minutes.

  • 200 grams of gluten-free flour (oats, rice, coconut, corn…)
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 grams of margarine
  • 4 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 lemon
  • vanilla flavor
  • Shall

Preparation methods

  • We put the oven to preheat to 180 ºC.
  • Meanwhile, beat the eggs together with the sugar.
  • Add the lemon juice and zest, the condensed milk and the vanilla aroma.
  • Gradually add the flour, stirring to remove any lumps.
  • Add the margarine and mix again. We add a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool before unmolding.

Preparation time: 40 minutes
